Before the consultation I will send you a quick questionnaire to get an idea of your health, lifestyle, family history, goals and specific needs.

Here I will also ask you to provide me with any recent blood test or other relevant test results you might have before the face to face consultation.

Step 3 - CLICK INTO GOOGLE MEET WITH THE LINK PROVIDED OR MEET ME AT THE CLINIC!

We will go over your measurements, your nutritional and medical history, habits, goals and structure a plan together. We can also discuss whether further tests might be indicated.


After the consultation is over that’s when my work will really start!

You will receive your personalised Meal plan, and Maintenance if that’s your case.

It will take into consideration your taste, lifestyle and goals! All within 7 working days.


You will be able to keep yourself and me accountable on how things are going by logging your weight in every week under the "Weigh In” section of the website!


Step 6 - YOUR FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

During the Initial consultation we will book your first included follow up appointment within approx 5 weeks. Together we can review, re-assess, change something if needed and decide together on the next few steps!
